At Katünaa, we hope you’ll fall in love with every piece you buy, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. No worries! We’re here to help make returns as smooth as possible.
RETURNS
Changed your mind? You’ve got 30 days from when you receive your order to send it back.
• To be eligible for a return, make sure your item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging.
• Custom or made-to-order items aren’t eligible for returns.
REFUNDS
Once your return arrives, we’ll give it a quick check and let you know if your refund is approved. If everything looks good:
• We’ll refund your purchase to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
Got a damaged or defective item? We’re sorry about that! Send us a message at info@katunaa.com, and we’ll take care of the exchange.
