Our first experience at Shoppe Object in New York City was unforgettable! Katünaa had the incredible opportunity to showcase our sustainable, handmade, design-forward home décor and connect with designers, buyers, and enthusiasts from around the world. This debut marked an important step in bringing Colombian design innovation to the international stage.

Shoppe Object NYC is one of the leading luxury home décor trade shows in the United States. Held in the iconic Starrett-Lehigh Building, the event gathers top interior designers, buyers, and lifestyle brands. For Katünaa, it was the perfect platform to highlight our design forward artisan home accessories and product with a story approach.

Our booth featured a curated selection of handmade home accessories that combine modern design with sustainable materials. Each piece represents Colombian innovation and contemporary design, from woven trays with copper outlines to decorative accents, offering a unique, design forward touch for modern interiors.

The response was overwhelmingly positive. Visitors loved our story, the use of natural fiber and metallic ones which is a bit unusual, and the modern design perspective of our products!

This first trade show was just the beginning. We are excited to participate in more trade shows and interior design events, connecting with designers, architects, and artisans pushing the boundaries of modern design. Stay tuned for updates, behind the scenes stories, and new collections by following our Katünaa Journal and social media channels.
