SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer standard shipping on all orders to the US, Canada, and the Americas. For orders from other regions, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

DELIVERY TIMES
Many of our products are handmade to order by artisans across Colombia, so production times can vary based on materials and complexity. For estimated production times, check the product page or feel free to email us at info@katunaa.com—we’re happy to assist! Once your order is ready, shipping typically takes:

• Americas: 7-12 business days

• Europe: 10-15 business days

• Rest of the world: 12-20 business days

DUTIES & TAXES
Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or taxes at the receiver's expense. These fees vary by country, and we’re unable to calculate them in advance. If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping fees, import charges, and return costs.
